Date range shows wrong default values when editing a year

in cck if you have set -18:-99 for a yearrange (assume a birthdate where you want to have the have the years of the "internet generation" on top) instead of -99:-18, then when you want to change a year after you have saved a date in the profile for example, you have to save it blank before you can change the year from the proper range - I didn't found a configurable option in the date module... attached the diff - file with the fix...
