"Random order (all but last)" Question Setting

Just an idea, but since "All of the Above" questions are so common, it might make sense to have a "All but last" sub-option under the "Random order" option. Or perhaps it would make more sense to give each option a "Randomize" box beside each answer option, akin to the "Correct" box. But maybe this is too much.

For academic tests, test-makers want as much randomization as possible, but especially if they're working with old questions, it's not always possible to reword them to make the options more shuffle-able.
