Adding subscription form to a larger application form

I would like to add a subscription field to Simplenews inside a larger CCK form... this is for a form that will be submitted by an anonymous viewer... a vendor application form. Once the viewer clicks submit for the entire form, the email address from the Simplenews part of the form will be added to the newsletter database.

Is there a way to do that?
