Extend project search to include assigned taxonomies

It would be great if ...

• The search screen(s) for project included the taxonomy terms associated with projects, making it possible for users to filter and sort based on all project meta-data.
• The column headings on the search results page behaved like the column headings of an excel spreadsheet enabling sorting and filtering of results based on contents of column. (see the attached screen grab)

• The search results could be requested in an excel friendly format (much less work).
