Hi,

On the "Create case" screen, the project drop-down menu defaults to whichever project is highest up in the alphabet. Is there a way to make the default project in the drop-down menu something like "Select one..." rather than a specific project name?

Also, is there a way to make the "Create case" form return an error if the user doesn't choose a project?

You can make your default project node "sticky" (Edit | Publishing options | Sticky at top of list) and sort the project list View (casetracker_project_options) by stickiness. It worked well in my case.
