I do not have idea on scoring long answer. Does admin only provides the score for the long answer? for example if a student attends a quiz with long answer, how will he know his final score since i can see that the score for the long answer is kinda adjustable type?. Thanks in advance.

Long answer has to be evaluated manually. User with permission score long answer can do this. Students can view their quiz feedback under "My Results" tab in user profile page (user/[uid] page). Admin need to enable view own results permission for this.
