qwaygon commentedHi ppl, thanks for you feedbacks they do help :) and we fix this in 1.3 version (note that 1.3 "magento" drupal module require 1.3.2 or higher version of "drupal" magento extension). Any future feedbacks will be appreciated.
p.s. Drupal + Magento Install procedure on documentation page was obsolete and now is updated to guide you step by step plain and clean install.

jaystar commentedWhen do you expect 1.3 to be released? I am also getting this error.
qwaygon commentedHello, jaystar, i've released 1.3 version at 2010-Mar-04 (1 day before my previous post) and it can be found here http://drupal.org/project/magento (at the project homepage).
however i've already finish 1.4 version (1.3.4 version name for magento extension) that will fix many vital errors such as huge performance gap in previous version, failing to apply pricing rules (see this issue http://drupal.org/node/519880), customer synchronization (see this issue http://drupal.org/node/665572) and others, so i DO recommend you to wait a bit and install 1.4 version. But unfortunately magento connect channel is broken for almost 2 weeks, so i can't release magento 1.3.4 extension :( we post about it in this (http://www.magentocommerce.com/boards/viewthread/102262/P15/) thread but still no good news from magento team. As soon as they fix this problem i will release new version of "magento" drupal modules and "drupal" magento extension.

jaystar commentedI am already using the 1.3 version of the Drupal module. I just realized I had an older version of the Magento module.
jaystar commentedI am now using the latest version of the Magento extension (1.3.2) and the latest version of the Drupal extension (1.3). When I attempt to checkout on my Drupal site, I get the following error: There was some error during getting information from Magento.
qwaygon commentedhello , jaystar, i think there is a good chance that this issue is already fixed in 1.4 version, but magento connect bugs prevent us from sharing it :(
however it may not, so please provide some additional info like
- few recent watchdog messages including error ones (at least +- 1 message from error one)
- products info that you trying to check out (and is problem relate to some specific products or to any products?)
- checkout step at which problem occurs (on the cart form appearence, at the cart form "checkout" button press, on the payment method selection etc?)
tnx
p.s. have you followed this installation curve?

qwaygon commentedOne more thing, is the problem appear when you select "credit card (saved)" payment method? try to use "check / money order" is error message still there?
