Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.
The Drupal module now gathers data on the installed base of Drupal modules. Each Drupal install that enables the Drupal module can post data to drupal.org on its enabled modules and themes. As well as enabling browsing by project 'popularity', see this issue, we might want to display usage data on each project's page. What would we want to show? The absolute number of registered installs? A percentage ranking?

Could Jeff Eaton's recent Sparklines module filter be useful in showing the stats?
