It should be very useful to have a Maximum price option just like #429128: Maximum Quantity Patch.

(I need a solution to this problem: I have to apply different discounts by minimum price which can't be combined. But I also have to apply a discount by minimum quantity withouth reference to any price discount. So quantity discount and price discount can be combined, but two price discount can't.)

Hm? I don't know what do you mean to be duplicate.

I think we should have maximum quantity and maximum price options too.
