Version: Drupal 6.14/6.15, Panel 3.2 with Ctools 1.2
Browser: IE 8.0.6001.18702, Firefox 3.5.5, Firefox 3.6 Beta 4, Opera 10.10 Build 1893
Theme: Garland
Similar Issue: http://drupal.org/node/576550
Screenshot: attached

I can successfully add contexts or relationship to node_view and user_view. But later on I can't configure setting/remove them, the popup windows open and I received the message "Server reports invalid input error.". I've tested this issue in Firefox,Opera and IE and all of them have the same problem.

Seem like this is worst than can't add any contexts or relationship at all since now I can't modify them, the solution I have now is delete and build a new valiant and get the contexts and relationship right while adding.

Thank you for help :)

Hi I have the same problem. I've recently updated to 6.15. Could it be the cause? I believe it worked before but cannot be sure if that's what triggered it. Can anybody help?

I'm having this problem with minipanels, I can't seem to create a new mini panel as I get this error at the contexts screen and can't get past it.

I've this problem with both 6.14 and 6.15. It seem like this issue is not related to drupal version. After rechecked, I suspect that jQuery version may affect panels module (and of course... views module), try searching jQuery update's issue queues and you'll find a few issues related to views module. Maybe Panels also affected since these two modules are related.

So did you installed jQuery update?
http://drupal.org/project/jquery_update

I'm now working on a fresh drupal installation without jQuery update, will let you know when I've done a few tests.

I have jQuery Update 6.x-1.1 installed

To me,the problem went away in clean drupal install. I think this module need stock drupal's jQuery to work correctly.
You may have to roll back your jQuery version, maybe just try disabled the jQuery update module first.

Can anyone else tell me if the jquery update module continues to seem involved in problems like this?

Because the issue queue has a great number of open issues, and there are few volunteers to tend them, I must prune old issues that are left untouched for a long time.
This issue has been marked "Postponed, needs info" for a long period, and is therefore closed. If this issue is still relevant to you, please feel free to re-open it.

Not reopening, but I'm just flagging I have a D6 site with this problem and the site has jQuery Update.
