I would like to use simplenews to send normal email without unsuscribe link in footer and ===================== things in header so made this stuff optional is wery welcome by me :) Please, make it optional.

If you like to live dangerously ;) try the patch in this issue #658242: Add single opt-in/out, hidden newsletters and the option to subscribe at registration. It gives you the option to have a hidden newsletter, one that is not listed and has no unsubscription footer.
