If you define as "Link-TO" some content types on glossify setting page and if you don't have any node's items with this types, you will get this error:
warning: uksort() [function.uksort]: The argument should be an array in /sites/all/modules/glossify/glossify.module on line 64.

ok - the code should be safer. But guys - usually you 1st create the nodes and then set them to be link-to terms ? Or you can create 1 dummy node. As far as I know glossify does not check the published status of the nodes - so you can leave it unpub...

Sorry fot not being perfect - but my rule is to aim for the 95-99% use cases...
