As a general rule of thumb if you motivation message is similar to "Drupal rocks and I want to give back to the community!" or other single line type motivation message then please don't be shocked when your application is declined (and yes, unfortunately that is a very common motivation message!).

Not sure what else to say. I am not creating a module just an installation profile that I would like to be hosted by Drupal.org just as others have posted here: http://drupal.org/project/installation+profiles

It is based on modules I and I am sure others could use to speed up their installation of a base site. I think that it will be useful. I also plan to add to it as I see fit. Alot of the modules I have included are being ported to D7 which I am sure indicates how useful they are.

Try describing the installation profile does, or for who it has been thought. The description given should allow to understand if there is already an installation profile that has the same purpose, or if there is a partial matching with an existing profile.

You need to re-apply for the CVS account, as the application has already been declined; changing the status of this report doesn't change the status of the application.
