Here's my issue.

Earlier, I was able to successfully upload an image and save it into my content using IMCE and FCKeditor 2.6.5.

Now when I browse for the image file, it shows up in my content, but disappears when I Preview or Save.

I have made no changes to any settings prior to this issue, but I did create an image gallery using Views and ImageCache.

Please assist.

I figured it out ... check your input filter. I had set HTML input filter and was stripping the image....
