Hi - When i enable Taxonomy menu on my magento vocabulary and use the default settings i get the entire vocabulary as my menu (duh..). I would like to be able to display a sub-category of the terms as the menu and not the entire thing. I tried messing with the other taxonomy menu options with no luck. Anyone have any thoughts? this is probably an easy one.

Hi, unfortunately feature you request cannot (and the more important should not) be done in magento module. Magento module already create hierarchical structured vocabulary, so it's up to module you will choose to produce menu to use specific term as "root" entry for the menu.

p.s. Taxonomy menu v3 (according to the screencast http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vx1CqYI0BeQ) will fit your needs, unfortunately at the time of this writing it's still has no stable version.
