Car Content Type - implementing make and model

I am developing a site that will help sell cars. The cars are classified by make and model. I want the user to be able to select a make, and have the choices for model automatically narrowed down - eg certain models can only be selected when you pick their make.
For example, select a Honda make, and the model select box will display Civic, Accord, ect instead of all possible makes.
What do you guys suggest to implement this? Is there a module that does something like this? Can I do it with taxonomy, or work some magic with CCK?
