Hello!

I like this module, especially the auto close feature. What would be handy to have would be an absolute time closing, as opposed to a relative time closing (X hours before). For example, I want to disable signups on the Friday at 11pm before the event starts.

Would love to see this functionality, hope it is possible.

I have started a patch for this in #290249: Make autoclose time per-node, not just site-wide. Much is working, but please take it over. I'm sort of busy these days, and won't need it for almost a year myself.

I think the final result should be a port and upgrading of signup_scheduler. Possibly with integration of s_scheduler as a submodule of signup, rather than a separate project.

I'll set this as duplicate as we have both an issue and a project for this.
