Hi doc team,

I started to write (per request) a quick how-to for the Modal Frame API here #681282: Modal Frame API How to?.

However, it might be better to write a handbook page so more people can contribute to enhance this documentation with more details, or even code snippets on how to resolve different use cases.

My problem is that the handbooks structure has been changed in a way that I'm not sure which is the best place to add this information.

Suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks

hi markus -

i *think* that look like it should fit somewhere in this section: http://drupal.org/node/121997 (javascript in drupal). i'm not familiar with that specific module, but have a look and make sure there isn't already docs on it, and if you need more guidance than that one exactly where to put your docs, post here again.

otherwise, once your pages are added, you can post a link here and change the status to "needs review" so someone from the docs team and review the formatting. incase you need it, the docs styleguide is here: http://drupal.org/node/338208

thanks!

You also might want to add Modal Frame to this list of JavaScript utility modules: http://drupal.org/node/145950

Thanks for the hints. I have just created a child page to the "Javascript utility modules" page:

- Modal Frame API How to

Please, let me know if it needs any kind of touch, or feel free to change/add anything you may see fit.
