Does anyone have any good practice on how to establish an agile development environment when working with drupal site development and modules? We feel the need to at least have a test and a production platforms so that new functionality is thoroughly tested before putting it into production.
What is used?
Profiles? Build scripts? SVN? anyone?

They have introduced me to a whole new world consisting of the Deploy module of course, but also Drush, and other really nice things to work with when developing Drupal sites.
Too bad the video recording was a little too short.

I'd really like to know how people do this in practice though. Doing an agile process we also feel we need to make sure the tests are run more or less automaticly. Any good solutions to this?
