Hi Will et al,
With respect to the concern about the health of this project, I have had a conversation with Will White about taking the reins and becoming a maintainer.
Will's excellent work on the project, and the work of the active community surrounding the project, have produced some great code and some really good features for Drupal sites. Unfortunately sometimes outside responsibilities call and things remain idle.
I know that a lot of you have ideas so I will be collating issues and some of the workarounds that people have created with a view to forming a kind of roadmap for 2.x and beyond. If you have a particular idea, please feel free to discuss it in the group.
Anyway, if anybody has issues or concerns about this change please speak now or forever hold your peace :-)
Thanks all. I look forward to getting the project back on the road.

Will White commentedHello all,
I had a great conversation with Andrew this afternoon and I'm happy to have him become the maintainer of this project. He has some excellent plans for the framework and has proven himself in several of the patches in our issue queue. Hope to see you committing soon, Andrew!
Cheers,
Will

avpadernoActually, there is no need to close issues, as they are automatically closed once they are marked as fixed.
