I have a quiz with a pass percent of 70%. I set text for both summary for pass and summary for fail, but neither of these shows when a quiz is submitted. I also changed Maximum result options to 0 in the global quiz configuration, and deleted both of my result options that I had previously. I do not want to show users the correct answers, only whether or not they passed the quiz. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

If there are no result options the pass/fail options are shown. The problem is to delete the result options. It was impossible. I've made a fix so that it is possible to delete result options.

I think I'll also make a change to enable both pass/fail comment and result options to be shown simultaneously.

Now both pass/fail comments and result options comments will be shown to the quiz taker.

I still have the same configuration options mentioned above, but my quiz results page still only shows "Thanks for taking the quiz!".

Since I got no more info here I assume everything is okay in the latest version of Quiz 4.
