"More" link when restricting number of items for nodecomments view broken

Thanks for the wonderful module! Please note I applied the patch: http://drupal.org/node/374312

I directly edited the nodecomments view, and limited the items per page to 2. The more link that is generated does not work, and returns 0 results.

Please advise.
