I noticed that when I uploading images to my album first time, I can't see them under image management. (Please find attached screenshot)
But I have found "trick" how can I "enable" image management by moving image from another album to new album.
I do not know what is wrong.

dbanach commentedI've had this problem as well, which is very frustrating since it means you can't really add albums.
The images show up in the Latest Albums feed, but the View Album and Slideshow links are missing and the images don't show up in the image management page.
I can confirm that switching an image in from another album fixes the problem. I also found that a simpler trick is to just delete one of the photos from the album by clicking on it in the latest album feed and then hitting delete. This restores the images in image management. Strange!
Anyone found a fix for this. This is still the best photo setup for Drupal, but has some frustrating bugs!

dbanach commentedI found a more permanent fix for this:
Make sure that on the settings page in the statistics Box you check "When the image upload (affect the upload speed)" under Image count statistics, rather than having it done at cron. (See attached image)
I noticed no effect on upload speed, but after checking this images showed up in view right away and I was able to access them in the image management tab.
Hope this helps someone. Let us know if this works for you, if you are having this problem.
