Hello!

Under Site Configuration > IMCE > Directory Creation Tool you can create new directories.

However I cannot change the directory names or delete them after they have been created. I cannot do this via FTP because the directory was created by the "web site user" and FTP users don't have permission to edit/delete the directory. I'm at a large university and this is the environment that I have to develop in. I can't keep contacting sys admins whenever I would like to change a directory.

Since we can create directories in IMCE I feel we should be able to edit & delete these same directories using IMCE as well.

Awesome, thanks for that link. That will work just great for the site I'm working on.

I still would like to be able to manage directories via IMCE though. Instead of a "Directory Creation Tool" I think a "Directory Management Tool" would be more user friendly. Rather than having to download a separate module and then have two different ways of managing/adding directories.
