I just enabled Nice Menus and Home Box modules on my site. When Nice Menu is enabled with Home Box, the pages in my site where users have added comments loses the theme and all of the blocks. Has anyone else come across this issue?

Could you check for your logs? Or do you have any JavaScript error shown with Firebug?

It works properly in Firefox, so no errors in Firebug.

These are the Parsed JavaScript file errors I'm getting:
modules/wysiwyg/wysiwyg.js
modules/wysiwyg/editors/js/none.js
modules/wysiwyg/editors/js/fckeditor-2.6.js
sites/all/libraries/fckeditor/fckeditor.js
misc/textarea.js
modules/wysiwyg/wysiwyg.init.js

So it looks like my wysiwyg editor, fckeditor is also involved.

Homebox earlier than 6.x-3.x is no longer supported.
