I used the automatic alias token "[menupath-raw]/[nid]".

each time a edit one translation of one of my nodes, the other language version loses his alias. I experienced that this only happens when "Synchronize translations" is activated

I have the same problem. After investigating a lot thinking Pathauto was the problem, I've discovered that the bug was happening only after the activation of the Synchronize feature.
