coz i want to post to my blog while i m on the move which is always
does drupal can do it or no

Yes you can. You need the Mailhandler and the Mailalias modules.

ok so once i m done installing the mailhandler and mailalias modules i can just email the pics and text from my cel phone to the blog and it will be automatically posted on the blog
