Improvements have been made across the board here.
Mainly there is improved theming. Everything has been moved into tpl.php files instead of overridable theme functions. Especially the transaction form
There are more visualisations.
The pot file is up to date and the French translation complete.
There are now individual balance limits, which override the currencies balance limits
Permissions have changed, so be sure to update them
The balance sheet [views] has been removed in favour of the transaction_list
Integration with the user_import module for balances and gross_income
