I'm following the Internationalization module documentation:
http://drupal.org/node/67830

I'm trying to create a vocabulary which is not linked to any language. The documentation seems to suggest that I sould select the blank entry in the language selection control in the "add vocabulary" screen. However, when I choose the blank screen the vocabulary is not created and Drupal shows this error: "An illegal choice has been detected. Please contact the site administrator." and the language selection control is outlined in red.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Now, it works as it should.

I suspect it might be a problem of my configuration or related to eAccelerator (which I'm currently using)
