in vocabulary I select my view in "Using the view" and set "View display" with the first tabbed page...
but when I click on a taxonomy term only first page appear and not the tabbed display...

It may not. I have not tested it with all taxonomy and view related modules as that would be madness.

I think it will not work if the functionality is not itself within views. If the tabbed bit is rendered by an outside source then it probably will not function as you desire.

We may look into this but are exceptionally busy with client work at the moment and doomsday deadlines so...

thank Derek,
I only use views 2 functionality to make views I want to be tabs. The same way in Views online help.

In the last sentence it is said "With this done, you will now have a Navigation link named 'Tabs' and when you click on it, you will go to the tabs, with 'Tab 1' being the default tab that appears. You can then click between Tab 1 and Tab 2."

But with TVI I am only able to link a taxonomy term with 'Tab 1' or 'Tab 2' view. It is impossible to link a taxonomy term to Navigation link named 'Tabs' wich is not a view (of course). But this way is the only way to display tabbed views with the only functionality of views 2.
Is it by design?

If the tabbed views are linked together outside of "A" view (as in not "Attached" or otherwise linked) then this issue may not be fixed for some time. It may be by design...

Cheers, Derek

PS: Sorry for the slow reply. We are about to release a site and things have been chaotic.

At this point, this issue is going to be marked as won't fix. This is either not in the direction of the project, or too out of the project scope.
