We should use themming functions wherever it is possible.

Lets track that here.

just made the first commit on that, whe have now:

theme_chatroom_chat_get_board_html()

and

theme_chatroom_chat_get_textentry_html()

they have pretty long names, don't they?
maybe we should rename them taking out "get" and "html"...
