when i view the "recent hits" report, i see that every pad file download appears twice, one immediately after another.

this might be a conflict with some other module, so i first want a confirmation from other people that use "PAD Files" module.

anyone with the same trouble?

Hmmm.... you're right, I see the double hit too. I have no clue why that happens!

I will say that it is okay since the data looks correct and it does not look like two requests are sent, it must be okay.

Okay, I looked into another project to see if something looked different. I need to call exit() instead of returning from the output function. So I added that and indeed it worked. Now only one hit shows up when I get a copy of the file.

There will be a new -dev version within 12h ready for grab.

As I was at it, I also made the upgrade to version 3.11 of the PAD File specification.

just tested this specifically.
the hit NEVER shows. :)

(will test with the latest dev release a bit later this week)
