I got tripped up by the "Use view override" checkbox. I instinctively assumed this was a "Ignore view override" checkbox because I already filled out a form telling Drupal what view to use.

A few suggestions/possible solutions:
1) Move the checkbox to be above the view-selection form. Use jQuery to hide the selection form until the box is checked... then it appears
2) Change the text to say "ignore view override." Once it is checked, it hides the view selection form.

That sounds good.

Thanks for the suggestions. We have been swamped with work and have not had a chance to work on this much but that should be doable with a minimum of time reqs.

Thanks again.

Cheers, Derek

At this point, this issue is going to be marked as won't fix. This is either not in the direction of the project, or too out of the project scope.

Fixed in 7.X branch.
