Provide SSH access for new drupal.org redesign administrators

To save you timie in doing this, please combine the earlier request for Jonathan Wagener: #722798: Please give ssh access for Jonathan Wagener to stagingdb... also sudo

Please grant these people sudo as well as shell on both stagingvm and stagingdb.

I've added the following LDAP accounts with access to stagingvm and stagingdb (and sudo):

ezraw
lakbaytaodev
andypost
swampcritter

The user passwords can be changed with passwd or via https://admin.osuosl.org/changepasswd. The current password is stored in ~/passwd. The ssh keys are also attached to the accounts.

Here's my key per rfay's request.

'NEW' SSH key for Swampcritter account

Requesting ssh/sudo for nicklewis as well. The username is nicklewisatx

Note to everybody on this issue: Once you get added to the "wheel" group (for sudo) and get your login capability (with your ssh pubkey) you still have to get your password reset so you can do sudo commands. To do this, ping basic` in IRC on #drupal-infrastructure.

I've updated swampcritter's public key and I've added an account for nicklewisatx with his public key.

I also removed calebg from sudoers and replaced him with theamoeba (Jonathan Wagener) on stagingvm/db.

All of the new user passwords are provided in a text file in your home directories on stagingvm. You can update your password with the passwd command to something more usable (since you will be using it with sudo). Let me know if you have any questions and feel free to ping me on irc (basic`).

BTW: basic added back in calebg's sudo access.

At one point Narayan gave me acess to some machines - not sure what the status is now.

I'd like to at least be able to ssh/scp to the staging machine to push to Solr-related tarballs there to help those who want a quick start using it.
