Release notes
Updating codebase to use themes for output (you *will* need to flush your cache for Drupal to pick up the change).
Adding libraries as a dependency (you *will* need to move the fetchgals package to /sites/all/libraries/ or /sites//libraries/).
Improving regular expression matching.

Updated for 6.x
Removed menu option to view downloaded pictures/ movies, quite frankly it was rubbish. Yes it worked, but it was slow and clunky, functional rather than practical - there are plenty of better (free) tools/ Drupal modules to accomplish this task, eg. http://drupal.org/project/brilliant_gallery
