Use field names (rather than labels) on overview page

The "field name" column on the Permissions Overview page (admin/content/types/field_permissions) should display the name of the field (like the Fields page does - admin/content/types/fields), instead of the label of the field. In many cases, there could be many fields with the same label, which would make the form confusing. However, the field name is unique.
