missing 1 base_path call

i've installed the last cvs smileys version on a fresh 4.7 drupal to try to integrate it with chatroom module

testing it i found one base_path call missing
it is causing smileys not to appear in any page other than home ("/")
i'm using clean URLs on this install...

attached a patch to correct that, just one line change...
