Gallery menalto is changing their cms structure to a core and contrib modules similar to Drupal - This mean that updates are difficult to track at this time. The site is simply not geared for this yet. To my knowledge their site is a drupal.

I thought of porting the module update structure to Gallery. The question is - is theire a module that allows for:

- uploading of Developers module updates (a form and attachment)
- displaying updates structured similar to the download pages at drupal modules

I am aware of the update module integrated in drupal core displaying outdated modules. I am looking at this as well and I run Drupal sites myself

In general any support from you guys would be great

I'm not really sure what you're asking, but drupal.org uses the project and project_releases (part of the project module package) modules for the downloads area. Perhaps give those a try.
