Releases for Options Element

This release adds support for newer versions of jQuery.

This release of Options Element fixes a few minor bugs, adds the ability to select no default option when making lists, and now supports Field module fields out of the box. Thanks @rtrubshaw for this great enhancement. Upgrading is recommended for all users.
