I suspect this might be a conflict with a theme. I'm running "Panels everywhere" and "AT Panels Everywhere" and get the following error message:

I also get the following message:

user warning: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1 query: SELECT title, nid FROM node node WHERE
....\sites\all\modules\glossify\glossify.module on line 65.

Perhaps this has something to do with the current PHP version in XAMPP?

Hello we have fully rewritten the Glossify module.

The 2.x version will not be supported any more
