Sessions, contribution, connection, and Early Bird savings until 8 June.First of all, is the patch still necessary to skip the page where the user is asked to "create a new" or "connect your existing" account? I have tried beta9, the most recent files from vectoroc @ github, and now the most recent 1.x-dev from drupal.org and that page never goes away, though the module seems to be working as expected otherwise.
I have attempted to run the patch on all of these versions, but get 90-100% hunk FAILED errors each time.
I am even seeing the screen when trying to connect via the demo at http://fbconnect.lanetscouade.com/
It's really confusing with the multiple forks and a patch thrown in, so if anyone has been through this before, I would really appreciate any tips. Thanks!

hmmdinger commentedI've determined this issue can be considered a duplicate of the issue mentioned in http://drupal.org/node/535180 (and some other places)
vectoroc has informed us that he'll be working that patch in soon.
