It has been two weeks since I had posted this request. I am moving this issue to the Drupal.org webmasters issue queue. I will be more than happy to take up ownership of this project and continue the work that has been started.

It's probably better if you attach an archive containing the modified theme to show the changes made to resolve the reported issue, in the same way it is done for a project that has a security issue.

Does this mean that we have to wait another two weeks before we get CVS access? The enquiry about maintenance status was posted on the mystique issue queue two weeks back as per the norms.

Do you mind giving cvs access to the theme for us. The archive is a fresh port of the theme. We had put in time on the theme to port it afresh.
