I am following the instructions for installing Drupal and Magento configuration as stated in the instructions here on Drupal. I have finished step 4, Install and Configure Drupal extension on Magento and proceeded to step 5, Install and configure Magento Module pack on Drupal. The new modules are showing as grayed out under Site Configuration and say that the Magento API is missing. The only thing I can find about it is the Drupal Extension I installed on Magento, I can't find where I was supposed to install something in Drupal? 5.2 of Instructions say "Navigate to Administer>Site Configuration>Magento API Settings, Fill fields with appropriate values" I have no Magento API settings. What did I miss and how do I correct this?
I search this here on Drupal and the only thing I can find is the extension key I installed on Magento, did I do a setting wrong or something?
Thanks in advance!

qwaygon commentedHello, wireyourworld, sounds very strange since magento API module is inside "magento" Drupal's module pack that you have has to download in 5.1 step, after you unpack it into drupal modules directories (where you other modules resides) you may see that its actually contain several modules, including "magento_api" i've just re download and check that module is in place, so you probably didn't copy it some how to modules directory.
please let me know if this fix problem, if not - provide some screenshots from "site building -> modules" page where you see greyed magento modules and string that say that the Magento API is missing.
p.s.
5.1 Download latest version of “Magento” Drupal module pack here http://drupal.org/project/magento
Install them all like any other modules....

qwaygon commentedI have released 1.4 module version and, try to install them and let me know if problem persists.
p.s. note that 1.4 version of drupal modules pack require 1.3.4 version of megento extension
p.p.s installation procedure was updated according to 1.4 version of module

wireyourworld commentedWell I finally got it installed, and set up drupal ok, then went to learn Magento, and locked myself out and can't get back in. I guess Magento is just too technical for a newbie, so I installed ubercart today and its much easier! Wasted $25 on that magento user guide though. Had errors just trying to save my first category which led me to check the permissions I gave myself, which led to me locking myself out. Geesh.
