I've been commissioned by Microsoft to help make some fixes to this module and it seems like the maintainer is not active. I'd like to offer to be a co-maintainer in order to get these patches into the official release. The attached patch contains changes to:

- Interface language. This is now selectable in the admin. Fixes issue #499236
- Permissions. These have been amended as per the suggestions by BarisW in issue #742746
- Comment fixes as per coding standards and other minor stuff.

I'm getting patch failed hunk #1 at 1. I'd love to see someone take this over.

Yep I made that patch diffing cvs but it doesn't look quite right actually - I'll put a new one up during the week. If I get co-maintainership on this, I'll also be seeking more co-maintainers if anyone is interested.

Hunk #1 failed at 1
Hunk #2 failed at 29

On codes in codes dir all fail at hunk #1 at 1

These should both be in the windowslivemessenger root dir and run from there using -p0 option e.g.

windowslivemessenger$ patch -p0 < windowslivemessenger.codes\(2\).patch

Did coworks_dieter come back on this? This version is due to be included in an install profile for charities so I'd like to get it released as soon as I can. Thanks for your help.
