Displays turned off "Rewrite the output of this field" [#765476]

Wiews 2.9 displays/process "Rewrite the output of this field" even though it is turned off.

Yes, we discover the same bug.

The checkbox for "Rewrite the output of this field" have no affect, only if the text field of this setting empty, setting not processed.

In 2.8 version, we can have something in text field, and this works only if checkbox was enabled.
