I use the module webform. Forward attaches its "email this page" link to the webform nodes also. Thus, some users fill in the form and click on "email this page" instead of the send button of the form because they think "email this page" will send the contents of the webform. It would be a fine move to make it possible to exlude some node types from being forwarded/from being attached the forward link.

This is already possible. Go to Admin >> Settings >> Content Types >> Webform and disable the checkbox for "Show forwarding link/form".
