Drupal 6.16, Date 6.x-2.4, PHP 5.2.4

I don't know if this is a bug.

Upgraded Views 6.x-2.8 to 6.x-2.10, ran cron and got this message (repeated many times):
warning: in_array() [function.in-array]: Wrong datatype for second argument in {mysite}/sites/all/modules/date/date_api.module on line 1922.

Line 1922 seems connected to Locale : if (in_array($langcode, $languages)) {
Locale module is not enabled

I don't know if the issue is cron or the Views update (coincidence?), or interaction between either of them with Date.

I'm not sure about "export of the field" as site seems ok (but the site does not yet contain any Views based on Dates).
