conflict with taxonomy module

hello

thanks a lot for the module.
i have been using it for a year and now i was trying to update from 6.x-2.5-beta4 to 6.x-2.6 but if i do so, i get problems with taxonomy module.

if i activate the album photos, when i edit a node and do a preview, i get this error:

i have tried different nodes types and the only difference is that sometimes it duplicates the error lines. i mean i get them two times but always the same lines.

another strange thing is that if i have an image with hspace=10 (or any other number) and i activate the module, the img htm option is not respected and the image and text get joint.

this hapens in ubuntu 9.04, firefox 3.0.19 or galeon 2.0.6, drupal 6.16, apache2 and php5

since taxonomy is a core module, i cant do anything to change this and then, i cant
