Stars not printing within a View

I have View table created with the Fivestar ratings as one of the columns. When I print the page, this column is left blank. If I select to show the text value in the View, it will print, but the stars are preferable since adding a suffix to the text value doesn't appear to work (to add context around the average rating. The number 3 has a lot more meaning if I could write 3 out of 5). Thanks for any assistance you can provide!
