Add the ability to mail any block

The "dynamic blocks" are currently hardcoded as to the ones that may be included. Rather than hardcoding, I suggest we allow any defined block in the block system to be emailed out.

This would also allow mail out of complex blocks through the use of the Views module: create a custom view-block, and then select it to be emailed in the forward module settings.
